I have to write this thread in order to get my frustration out of my system. This is the 4th year in a row I'm running bellow EV. This year I'm currently 51 buy ins bellow EV and bellow EV 9/12 months (including dec so far). The 2 previous years it was something similar and the year before that a bit less. This is really getting absurd. At a point I even started questioning Holdem Manager and PT but of course they tell the truth. My bad EV luck is spilling over to my results big time. Has anyone else had a streak of similar bad luck? This is really getting to me and could spell the end of my poker career.

Oh yeah and I don't want to have a debate on all in EV not being a good indicator. It is the only indicator of luck we have. It quantifies how we are running. If my set gets sucked out by a higher set when we are all in on the flop I'm running bad and it will show in the all in EV. Period. Sure there is a bunch of luck we can't quantify and I could have been running in god mode in that area (which I very much highly doubt) but since it's impossible to know this variable it's not interesting to discuss anything but all in EV when it comes to luck.
