Does he have to have a 7? Can't an aggressive thinking player raise here with other hands given this line? Also UpUpAndAway: how many worse hands call You when the turn flush card hits if You bet?

NL200 LIVE
Villain 1 SB - 100 USD - Total fish
Villain 2 UTG - 450 USD - Solid aggressive plyr with moves
Hero Cutoff - 300 USD
Utg opens to 8, I call with 22ds and SB calls, BB folds.
Flop 722hhd
SB bets 10, UTG calls I call.
Turn 4h
All check
River 7d
SB bets 15, UTG raises to 55
Thoughts on my bet sizing (to re-raise)? I've got 277, SB has 77, UTG covers me...

Pretty good analysis, thanks.
It was very close for me, but I actually thought I do have fold equity against the big stack (I knew I had the shorty spewy fish beat): in a 3bet pot if u get raised and reraised all-in u can't continue with a bunch of hands in Your range. Personally I'm folding overpairs in this spot 3 way. I hoped he could get away from overpairs and even big flushdraws because here even AKhh is behind. You can't possibly think Your overcards are outs in this spot and without those You're chasing for 80BB's (with possible blockers in other guys' hands). There are better spots than that.
Truth is he had AKhh and he instacalled. Lol. He made his flush on the turn already, and after the board paired he was reluctant to show... LOL
Was such a close call though...

This hand involved 2 fish at my table.
Player X siiting in UTG - Abc poker player, doesn't make huge mistakes but usually overvalues hands, can't pot-control, makes bad calls.
Player Z late mid position - totally rubbish
Hero BTN
Payer X raises 4X. Player Z flats. I call with 78cc. I have 80bb behind, player X covers, player Z has less.
Flop 567hhs
Player X bets slightly less than pot, Player Z goes all-in with 30 BB.
What do I do and why?
My thought process was: he has a lot of calling hands if I make it a 150ish. If I go all-in for 100 more, given this very passive line I took, he can mostly only call with a 7 in his hand. I figured he is less likely to have a 7 than not...
