love your videos, you make folding way too easy, hope I learn it too!
btw, it hurts a lot seeing that fold with AJo at 4:00 instead of the fold and watch haha thanks for saying what he had. Also, is there any turn cards you would pay other than a J? thanks so much!

Hi, don't know if the title is clear enough, but I would love to see the thrads organized by pages, like 10 comments per page, or 25 or whatever, because some journals for example have over 200 comments and scrolling all the way down is a pain, does anyone else have this problem?

ah, maybe I'm wrong then, I know you comment stuff here and there, anyways, you haven't said what and where you will be playing! GL

I think I have seen you in a skype group, you are one of the few guys there I've seen being active and helping out when I send hands, so thanks for that. Hope to see your progress in all aspects of your life. I'm so sorry to read some of the things you wrote, but it's impressive you were able to write about it here, wish you can start and continue the year with the right foot. Would love to help out with anything, but I'm just a whale playing NL5 and NL10. I'll sure follow your path. GL man!

wow! Really nice graph up there, I'll be following you closely, GL!
With that WR over that big of a sample in NL100, why haven't you tried NL200? You have only played 3k hands there. Don't you think you can be winning there?

Isn't this a sweet upswing? (L)
It even looks like I'm good at this haha, most of it is NL10, last 10k hands are 11evbb/100, of course that's not my real WR, but sure I'm a winning player here, hope to play 10k more hands in NL10 and move up if everything keeps going well!

This will probably be the last update of the year, I'll be back tomorrow with my goals for 2018. Happy holidays guys!

that's odd, I would love to play in pokerstars.com, btw.
Well, I think I'm gonna be playing NL10 again, these have been my last couple of days in NL5:

Of course I'm having a sweet upswing, but finally I'm feeling good with my game, regardless the results. Wish me luck in NL10! Hopefully I can finally get stable there.

What do you think about this hand vs std aggro reg?

My idea was to x/c flop x/r turn, but that turn card wasn't the best one for it, I don't think a weaker A calls the x/r, I preferred to let all his bluffs keep bluffing.

I heard that by 2019 maybe Germany and Holland will join the tables with Portugal, Spain, Italy and France, do you know anything about the Czech Republic? Maybe they are around as well, it would be sweet

Where are you from?

Thank's Quido! What stakes do you play?
What a weird day, nothing went well at showdown, they folded every time I had a big hand. I'm not very aggressive, and this is the graph for today:

It's being very hard to play, I start every session losing one big hand and I spend the rest of the time trying to catch up, of course I'm making huge mistakes, but when I'm playing those situations seem very borderline. Fox example this hand: https://www.weaktight.com/h/5a457b00d3904322108b45ed
Is there a way I can put the hands here? next time I will probably screenshot it and paste it if it's not possible.

Guy was a reg with very little fold to 3bet/sqz, and loves to outplay people postflop. That being said, he has very few hands I beat, maybe AT and I don't know if he is able to do that with AJ/AQ with the TP+gutshot. I don't know what I had on my mind, but there I gave away almost 100bbs, gotta start thinking more in these situations. And not an excuse, but in partypoker you don't have timebank at all, so taking these important decisions is even harder than in other rooms I think.

Now one hand I have doubts about, I'll post his HUD and a picture of where all the stats are so you can check it better, where it says 4bet vs hero is now the 4bet range, I changed that stat.

He floats way too much, that's why I did that big of a 3bet. I had to fold yes or yes if he raised the turn, but I can x/r very easy with all the outs I have, and I don't think he can call too often, only sets and maybe 2pairs, I block JK and i'm expecting he 4bets JJ/KK preflop. So the only thing he can really have there is 77 and very unlikely 33 (I don't know how much, but I'm sure calling that 3bet with 33 is very EV-).

I think that's all for the day, thanks! see you soon!

Post | reydeldeep posted in Chatter: Downhill blog, starting on NL5 SH

Hey fellas, I'll start my journal here to hopefully improve my game, move up the stakes and crush the tables! A brief sum up of my poker history:
I'm Fran, Spanish guy that lives in Spain! I got to play up to NL30, but for many reasons I decided to quit poker and leave the country, and for almost 3 years I didn't even think about poker. About a year ago I moved back to Spain, to continue my degree here and remembered those good times playing poker, so I checked the pokerschools, but the regulation had ruined online poker here, so I didn't even try to come back. A few months later I saw that there was gonna be a joined market between Spain, Italy, Portugal and France by the end of this year (well, at first it was for mid 2017, but that didn't work out), so I decided to give it a shot, and I've been playing now for 4 or 5 months.I have always played shortstack (50bbs), because I read back in 2009 or so that it was the easiest strategy to learn, and then I sadly kept playing it and developed a lot of fear to playing deep, because I never learnt how to do it. So that's how I started, playing short. I quickly moved up to NL10 with my 20€ bankroll, and my upswing continued for a while. I even did a shot to NL25 of almost 10k hands that ended BE, and decided to move back to become better, because it wasn't working out. And there is where my game started rapidly dying. I lost a lot in NL10, went down to NL5 and kept losing, and restarted in NL2, going up and down from NL10 to NL2 for about 200k hands. I decided to change drastically, started a staking to play deepstack in NL10 a couple of weeks ago, I haven't done much yet, but results aren't good, so I have moved back to NL5 to make sure I polish my biggest leaks. I'm ready to crush the tables now, but I will need a lot of help from here and of course my coach and the other guys in the staking group. Here is my overall graph since I came back, nothing to brag about really haha, hopefully in a few months I can compare graphs and finally feel like a successful player.

less than 4evbb/100, and there are over 100k hands there in NL2 winning over 10bb/100, so results are not as good as it might seem.

Wish me luck! I hope I can make this somewhat interesting for you guys so you can interact with me and help me out! I'll come around with some hands soon.
