Agree with check/call turn. Shallower its nice to bet the turn yourself as you block KQ (Unlikely anyhow), but more importantly you can set relatively low price of 1/2->2/3 and still get some value sometimes from lower pairs, also flush draws. Deep you have bigger stacks back and can feasibly check all 1 pair on turn.

Fold looks good on turn to me. I doubt he raises worse fwiw, and yeah although he is probably a fish I like bet flop/ bet turn and folding to aggression from him when you are probably beat.

River seems like a fold in hindsight, although its very tough to guess if they are barreling air here or not, how do you determine your call frequency?

I would usually flat here 150bb deep as he's going to call you more often pre. Also make sure you make it bigger preflop if/when you do 4bet as he has better odds since stacks are deeper.
Deep you can't do anything else besides check/fold to a large bet.
