I think you can fold here if you assume he´s 3barreling KQ+ regarding Q8+ is in his preflop range and that you are not sure if he´s always 3barrelin hands like KT or spade draw because you have no special dynamic going on with him. His value range is too wide (KQ AQ KK AA Q8 Q9 JT Q2s 88 99 QQ 22)
In addition the 2h on the river is not a likely card for him to keep on bluffin and the sizing is kind of scary.

It´s not that I´ve sizing tells: both my 3b and my flop cbet are "small" because my frecuencies are relatively high, it´s my default strategy and I´m doing this regardless of my hand obv.
Anyway I don´t think that balancing my range should be the biggest of my worries as they guy is unknown
