I think on the Tc5h3d2h Hand his thought process is more that you (almost) never have a boat on the river after checking back the turn. (especially when he has the Th). So you should have way more low flush combos, than boat/quad combos. And so as both of your ranges are kind of capped and he knows that you are thinking player, he might hope to get bluff catched by some flushes or even trips?
