sites that offer that kinda rakeback its hard to get any volume in my experience

What I am referring to is proportionate rake in relation to stakes or bb/100 in rake. If you take 6 players who pay 4bb/100 in rake and that game runs with moderate success then take the same 6 people and pay 6.5bb/100 what happens to that game?

Site operators don't care but they will eventually lol when that game totally dies off they will be advertising lower rake to draw back the regs who had to quit.. that day is coming..not there yet.. but it's coming. There are only just so many players willing to punt off money with no edge. I think rake has to shift with the player pool in order for a site to have a long lifespan (cash games) but they won't do this until it becomes crystal clear that shit is going south.

I won't pretend to know the ins and outs of operating a poker site.. hell maybe running 0 edge games will mean tons of players continuing to play reg like volume.. but the day of no/worthless edges is coming.. it's coming fast..and maybe that's ok for their bottom line idk.

A rake change will have a huge impact on the game at stakes 100 and lower. A reg infested game is a lot more attractive if the actual best regs can actually win vs the bad ones. The current rake structure makes that very difficult at stakes like 10 or 25. The rake changes alone will do wonders.
