How do we proceed here? and if we call what do we do on K, Q, J or a spade turn? (since those are the cards we want to see on turn if we decide to call) or do we just fold a flop and get a next hand 

Only 40 hands on the Villain so the stats are not of any use. Not sure where I can find a converter for Ipoker that works.

what is our default play here? Tempting to call but then it looks obvious what we have so how do we get value, if we hit a TP how much heat can we take?
