I want to spend some time learning plo, being a small stakes nlhe player. How would you guys suggest I get started? I know the rules of PLO etc. But how do I start on learning strategy? Any videos you'd suggest watching at first?

How about starting hands/ hands to 3-bet etc. Anything good on that?
