Hi guys.
After doing well at PLO10 moving up stakes, and then tilting off my whole bankroll at PLO25 after running bad i decided i probaly dont have discipline to handle the variance in PLO:
I decided to redeposit and go back to NL holdem, and simply try to build back my bankroll.
I started reading the mental game of poker, and this time i am playing with very conservative bankroll management to avoid any tilt.
Anyway, i didnt do so well the first two sessions of the week (pretty much the first 10k hands), but then i did some studying (watched a few videos on runitonce) and plugged some leaks in my game:
Mainly:
Too much cold calling
Calling too many 3 bets OOP
Opening low suited connectors in early positions
Calling 3 bets with dominated Aces
Not value betting big enough
Not squezing and 4 betting enough.
After improving this, the results showed immediatly and here are the results of my first week: (currently on vacation so i got a lot of spare time)

I definetly still have leaks, and i am working hard to improve!
Some thoughts:
Looking at my positional stats i see i am not doing so well in EP, and maybe i need to tighten up my range?
My 3 bet% is almost double on the BTN compared to other positions, is that okay?
I am doing pretty well in MP and on BTN, but my CO is not showing a lot of profit
Am i still cold calling to much from the small blind?
*I guess my question here is, looking at my stats do u have any pointers for me on things i can improve?*
