Hello, I am a new member, i just signed up a couple days ago. I've been trying to watch Phil's videos and it worked fine the other day but now the internet seems slow. I know this is likely not your fault, but the problem is that the video doesn't even seem to buffer up some extra time to allow me to watch it.
For example, when I have slow internet and I want to watch a clip on youtube, I can click play and let it start, then click pause, and you can see the video buffers up a bit so it is not reliant on my internet connection to keep pace with the stream. On the RIO video player, it does not seem to ever buffer and if I let the video sit paused, it will tell me I have to reload the page and I'm back to where I started :-(
I am on windows 7 using google chrome. I realize this is likely not an issue with the RIO website, instead it's my internet... but is there any way to force the video to buffer a bit? even allowing a 1-2 minute buffer would probably make a big difference. Thank you!
