Zoom 200 3bet pot IP : call vs pot vs small raise

BN: $220.59 (Hero)
SB: $255.36
BB: $230.08
UTG: $471.21
HJ: $95
CO: $258.80
Preflop ($3.00) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt 7 8 K A
UTG folds, HJ folds, CO folds, Hero raises to $4.34, SB folds, BB raises to $14.02, Hero calls $9.68
Flop ($31.04) 5 7 2 (2 Players)
BB bets $22

Villain is decent reg, we can discuss preflop but I'd like to leave it by the postflop discussion since it wouldn't make much difference in this spot if our hand had a big suit.

By the time the hand was played I didn't have any substaintial reads on villain's tendencies in 3bet pot, so all of us approach the spot readless.

SPR is at 7, we don't block any **cc hands which is both good and bad for the ways the hand is gonna play out.

I feel like this board shouldn't hit his 3bettingrange too hard, on the other hand by calling we have to fold a gazzilion of turns and are very likely to be 2nd barreled given the texture of the board.

I am concidering a raise to 52-56 and I think we should be able to construct a range that can go with this sizing and obv have a rais/fold and a r/c range and would punish villains who overcbet this board in a 3bet pot. Even with QJT9cc I wouldn't be sure what to do in my opponents shoes, even concidering how great of pot odds we are getting.

How do you feel about this spot, how do you continue here and what sizing on the flop you think is best if we are going to raise?

Thanks in advance !
