XR size on dynamic flops

SB: $0 (Hero)
BB: $565.74
HJ: $200
CO: $579.48
BN: $207.08
Preflop ($3.00) (4 Players)
Hero was dealt 7 K T A
Hero folds, Hero calls $2, Hero calls $1, Hero raises to $7.60, Hero calls $7.60, Hero calls $7.60
Flop ($28.80) 2 J Q (3 Players)
Hero checks, Hero checks, Hero bets $16, Hero raises to $67, Hero folds, Hero folds
Final Pot
Hero wins $60.90 , Hero wins $51
Not the most interesting hand but this is one of many spots where I have been wondering whether to XR big or Pot (given I dont have a BF range here (which might be a leak).

My question is: On dynamic flops in spots where you (I) dont have a BF range but have a wide XR range - do you always have one XR size? Or can you create 2 ranges with 2 sizes? I am mostly interested in the theory.

P.S. Is it a major leak not to have a BF range in spots like this?
