Nick Howard stated in the comments section of a recent vid that win/loss rate in nlhe from BB should be round about -40/100 or better. Is this the same for plo or should I be aiming for something even better since hand values run so close? I see that my average for nl is -47/100 and probably I fold too many hands because I don't like playing weak hands op but I don't think I adjust enough for late position raises being weak ranges too. For plo a little higher which is probably a huge leak. What would a reasonable win rate be? I know Jens stressed in one of his first vids that we have to defend our BB a lot more which a great variety of hands especially against late position raises.
