Turned three pair on dangerous board. Plan?

Blinds: $0.50/$1.00 (6 Players) CO: $99.50
BN: $212.81
SB: $253.56
BB: $238.38 (Hero)
UTG: $120.73
MP: $26.00
CO seems competent on the looser side (or loose on the competent side?). Small sample.
Preflop ($1.50) Hero is BB with J T A 3
2 folds, CO raises to $3.50, 2 folds, Hero calls $2.50
Totally solid BB defense, I think.
Flop ($7.50) 5 T A
Hero checks, CO bets $3.75, Hero raises to $18.75, CO calls $15.00
I think check/raising here will be pretty uncontroversial, but let me know if you disagree.
Turn ($45.00) 5 T A J
Hero
This is the worst good turn in the deck, basically. Considering their flop continues, KQJ now seems less likely, but I find this turn really tough to know what to do on. Folding when dd could be bluffing and AK/AQ is behind us seems too tight, but stacking off seems too loose as KQ is still possible. So I'm just not sure how to navigate here. What do you think?
