Turned set in 3bet pot becomes bluff on the river
BB: 102.20
BN: 141.24
SB: 275.65 (Hero)

This is a .5/1 euro ante table.
villain is a somewhat nitty reg that I have played with a bit over the months. 3 handed I have him as a 35/28/7, but 45 W$WSF. 5-6 handed I think he plays somewhat straight forward postflop and can be picked on when you have position and some stack depth. But he's certainly a winner in the games.

we had been playing HU for a while before the third player sat. He has seen me 3bet a few times vs his BN opens, and I've showed down AAxx at least once in a 3bet pot.
I don't really like this hand as a call with the very loose BB (recreational player) almost certain to come along. But I feel like I can properly bluff some boards if I 3bet, and I can always makes sets or flushes (yay). Is this too loose of a 3bet pre?

I'm cbetting on the flop because I think I actually have decent fold equity on this board. I think he'll peel lots of his pair+gutter hands and maybe from KK and QQ with bd hands, but I think he's raise most of his straights and sets on the flop.

turn obviously good and bad. I make a set which is now ahead of his two pair range, but a lot of his gutters got there. I don't want to bet and get raised, but x/calling just hoping the river gets checked down seemed a little optimistic. My plan was to bet hearts, 7s, or 8s on the river after x/c'ing the turn. I felt like he would probably just check back his heart draws with SD value on the turn, so I wasn't that worried about running into a flush unless he had the straight as well.

river brings the bdfd in, and completes the higher straight and I jammed after a little thought for almost exactly pot.
