Turn Top Set into a Bluff? PLO10

Villian had reggish Stats and was sitting on 5 of my tables.
Preflop ($0.15) (6 Players)
Ph33roX was dealt K 4 A A
burzum grom folds, Ph33roX raises to $0.35, Viktor_Hugo calls $0.35, HaiFishMade calls $0.35, ThE WiSsLoR folds, MapakaHa folds
Flop ($1.20) A T 5 (3 Players)
Ph33roX bets $1.15, Viktor_Hugo calls $1.15, HaiFishMade folds
Turn ($3.50) A T 5 9 (2 Players)
Ph33roX checks, Viktor_Hugo bets $2.20

What do you guys think about c/raising all in here? I have the 2nd nut blocker and I have my boat outs, both of which makes this decent bluffing hand. I guess AhXXX would be a much better candidate though.

If we don't c/r, can we c/c here? I think it's likely he called a QJTK type hand on the flop and is now bluffing. Given there's only one ace left in the deck, his preflop range should be quite high-rundown heavy. But then again if he's bluff heavy that's another reason for c/shoving.

I think it's pretty easy to calculate how often he needs to have something other than the nut flush here for c/shoving to be profitable (I can't imagine he bet/calls Q highi flush given 0% equity vs what I'm repping). But I kind of struggling with estimating that.
