Sorry for the crappy HH, any suggestions on how to do a better job with HM2 HH are appreciated.

About the hand:
I figured my hand has him crushed on this flop and more value could be made from a turn c-bet on a non-nut-changing card.
Turn: he fires instantly like a mad man. What is his range here? How is my perceived range? What effect does me having the NFD has on my turn decision?
