Lets say I want to make my UTG open range 15%. How can I see it in PPT wich hands it includes in view like AA,AKK,AK$ds,$R$R$R$R etc?

And is 15% ok open range from UTG in vacuum? And how do you think I should open from mp, co and btn(assuming we dont know anyone at the table ofc)?
