"tough" river decision

CO: $913
BN: $896.96
SB: $2055.20
BB: $1000 (Hero)
HJ: $577
Bu is the target, 80 10 1,6
Preflop ($30.00) (5 Players)
Hero was dealt 3 A 6 T
HJ folds, CO folds, BN calls $20, SB folds, Hero checks
Flop ($50.00) 3 7 6 (2 Players)
Hero checks, BN bets $20, Hero calls $20
was pretty random wether to bet or cc, now I probably prefer betting
Turn ($90.00) 3 7 6 6 (2 Players)
Hero bets $60, BN calls $60
turn I decide to lead, I can see him calling alot of hands with 0% equity which he otherwise would check behind
River ($210.00) 3 7 6 6 4 (2 Players)
Hero bets $160, BN raises to $500
Feels like the super-std-snap-move-on-spot, but is it? Which hand is he calling on the turn, which he is trying to turn into a bluff with this sizing?
I want to get away from the intuitive snapping spots, this is one of them. The longer I think about it, the less reliable is the "well cmon bro 80% fish, you HAVE TO call" argument.
