Superdeep spot after fake-capping my range vs reg
SB: $221.06
BB: $66.01
UTG: $29.74
HJ: $172.33
CO: $388.36 (Hero)
UTG folds, HJ raises to $1.50, Hero calls $1.50, BN calls $1.50, SB calls $1.25, BB folds
I have Villain overall on the tighter side with 19/14/6, in his somewhat small sample last month he however performed 26/20/11 w/43% AFq.
It's a PLO50 Zoom hand so we are super deep I think raising flop has a lot of merits for me, especially not last to act on the flop and the BU being somewhat loose, so don't really want him to peel weak FD's here and generally would like to have absolute position in the hand. I think SB can't do much about it even with AQJ unless he has A or Q high spades with it, even then I still can call and play turns.
Turn is gin card for us, he leads fairly big but ok sizing considering how deep we are, I think flatting is pretty much the only option for me with my continuing range.
River brings another pair on the board and he suddenly bets super big (90+%), leaving himself just a bit over 110 bucks behind. Not sure if that's supposed to be an exploitive sizing so I give up a bit more meaning he has a bluff very often, or that he generally uses this sizing with a polarised range of KJ9/KJT and quads (don't see bottom boat betting this big for value) and some bluffs (can't tell about frequencies but don't expect a PLO50 reg to be uberbalanced here).
My question is actually whether we can/should minraise or jam the river, I think our range looks a lot like KK+ once we raise so he might even lay down a good amount of his boats here vs a raise, or this hand should rather be in the top of our calling range.
Cheers :)
