squeezed pot, getting shoved on flop vs small cbet

BN: $23.41
SB: $21.29
BB: $48.37 (Hero)
UTG: $27.07
HJ: $27.80
CO: $25
Preflop ($0.35) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt 7 6 K 8
UTG raises to $0.85, HJ folds, CO calls $0.85, BN calls $0.85, SB folds, Hero raises to $4.35, UTG calls $3.50, CO calls $3.50, BN folds
Flop ($14.25) 6 4 4 (3 Players)
Hero bets $4.40, UTG folds, CO raises to $20.65, and is all in

UTG is reg but opens 30% from EP, doesn't fold to 3bets

CO is a nitty reg, flats 12% in CO and 3bets ~5% COvsUTG.

BU is playing 12/7 over 450 hands.

preflop is whatever, propably not that great of a squeeze, but given that UTGs 4bet freq is going to be low due to his opening frequency it is propably not as bad as usually. Might also make CO fold some bad KK** sometimes, but given that I hold a K in my hand it's also not the most important thing.

flop I go with my range sizing for this spot, UTG is in a difficult spot with a big part of his range (even Khigh FD+GS for instance). UTG however folds and we get shoved on by the CO, getting 2,4:1 or needing 29% to stack off. Given that I don't have any spades in my hand it's very likely he is gonna have a FD, but pretty much all his hands are gonna have good to great equity against my hand and sometimes I might run into KK+FD or 4+FD and getting it in almost dead.

Feedback to both streets appreciated :)
