BTN(semi straightforward reg capable of tilting and bluffing stacks off sometimes): 125E

Utg limps I raise 90c BTN 3bets pot call call

flop: AdKd3s  utg ceck, hero check, BTN bets like 8 into 9 fish folds I call

TURN Tc: I donk 24.5 into 25 he tank calls river offsuit 6 I pot 75 he folds end of hand

What I wanted to ask, what are your opinions on a flush completing river? given that K high is impossible and we hold the Q. I was thinking like 18 bet to seem like we block being bluffed by AA with a straight, potting seems pretty unbalanced and checking I think doesn't get AA to bluff.
