Hi,  new here, just joined last week and have only been playing for a couple of weeks and have logged only about 1500 hands , so I am still just learning and a little confused as what to call 3 bets with.. thanks in advance

Should I have called this 3B?  

After I did, should I have raised the CB or smooth called and then folded to the check raise as I only probably now have to outs...
