Villain is opening 100% up to this point and calling most 3bets. It was relatively early in the match and I was 3betting maybe 10-12% at this point. No reads on his tendencies in 3b pots up to this point so just looking for the play here vs your average villain.

Hero(91.00)?
On the flop, we have a hand that I think falls into that hand class of good equity but not quite good enough to bet/get it in on the flop(I don't think), so in general I've put it in my flop ch/ca range under the assumption that realizing my equity and gaining from air>>getting immediate folds and either folding a lot of equity or getting it in on the lower end equity wise. The issue I have here is that on brick turns when facing a bet, we're in a pretty disgusting spot.
Let's say we ch/ca flop and tu is a 7d. We check and villain bets 2/3 pot. Our T is good here some of the time, but it's often incredibly tough to get to showdown. Additionally we lose two of our nutted outs to diamonds sth like 20%-25% of the time. We probably still have enough equity to call vs a 2/3 pot bet.
Here is where the toughest part of the hand arises. That is our overall strategy on rivers without initiative. It seems incredibly complex to construct a lead-value, lead-bluff and check/call range (and ch/r value-bluff range when deeper) in these spots.
My questions for this hand are
a) What do you think is the best flop line with this specific hand?
b) What other types of hands are best to ch/ca flop with, including hands to protect our flop ch/ca range(so it's not always like 2nd pair+oe/TP+gutter+over type stuff)?
c) Any tips for constructing a balance river strategy after ch/ca'ing turn in this spot?
Thanks.
