PLO50 - tricky turn decision in 3b pot vs aggro

SB: $58.41
BB: $128.83
UTG: $55
HJ: $50
CO: $50 (Hero)
BN: $50
Preflop ($0.75) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt Q 3 K 5
UTG folds, Hero raises to $1.75, SB folds, BB raises to $4.50, Hero calls $3.25
I usually open 2.5bb there, that was a misclick.
Flop ($10.25) 3 8 7 (4 Players)
BB bets $6, Hero calls $6
Turn ($22.25) 7 (4 Players)
BB bets $15.57

V is playing 38 25 11, 3b D open is 9%. I know I can shove the flop and not think about it, but I like to protect my flop calling range by adding more hands I can gii with. However this is one of the spots where I hit 7 more than he is, I am not sure I have enough fold equity if I shove. I will play most of my 78 combos the same way otf but if I call and miss he probably shoves or calls me down way too often with overpair otr. Against other opponents I am more inclined to do it though. So what is our best strategy here?
