PLO25 Turn spot 3b pot - getting ch/raised with 3P+GS after Str card hit

BN: $35.22 (Hero)
SB: $48.90
BB: $25
CO: $49.09
SB: 20 hands; VPIP/PFR 26/22; had high aggression values on this small sample size, but basically unknown
Preflop ($0.35) (4 Players)
Hero was dealt 6 Q 9 8
CO folds, Hero raises to $0.62, SB raises to $2, BB folds, Hero calls $1.38
Flop ($4.35) 6 Q 5 (2 Players)
SB bets $2.50, Hero calls $2.50
The cbet looks weakish on this board, but the SPR is around 8 and I don't know if raise/call seems like an +EV option. Maybe with the GS as backup. However, I decided to call ip.
Turn ($9.35) 6 Q 5 8 (2 Players)
SB checks, Hero bets $6.90, SB raises to $29.56

Well, this is ugly. I think I have to vbet here, but I am not entirely sure how to deal with the ch/raise. I need a bit more than 33% equity.

I gave villain an 12% 3betting range. My equity vs

97: 16%

97,74: 17%

(74,97,(Q,KK,AA):dAd,T9:dd,QQ,66,55): 36%

I think it comes down to how tight we think the unknown is. I am looking forward to hear some opinions.
