Turn call = clearly +EV, but is there a reason to Jam and do we expect FE against this vilain?

HJ bets $73.70,
Hero folds
Final Pot
HJ
wins $73.70
also what i find confusing is that i cant seem to come up with a realistic range for villain, because every hand or range i plug in to PPT for villain increases his equity!
So what do you guys think would be a realistic range for vilain besides only the nuts?
Kind regards
