Hello everyone

Im NLHE player learning PLO right now and i got some questions.

1.What hands are good enough to call 3bet with when IP, for example BTN vs blinds 3bets?
2. Same question for OOP, for example we open from UTG and BTN 3bets us.
3. Im playing some small stakes (for learning process) and i see many people like to cold call 3bets a lot. Is that good? What kind of hands they might have in this case?
4. Also in NLHE im used to the number of combos to get an idea of the likelyhood of certains hands (ex: 3 combos for each sets and so on) but obviously this doesnt work in PLO, so how do you guys do that.
For example say I get a fullhouse in NLHE i would be beat by only higher fullhouse or quads which would be a very minimal number of combos but in PLO how to quantify this? Is that even possible?
