PLO 10 weak flush on paired board....how thin can we bet?

Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (6 Players) BN: $10.65
SB: $10.65 (Hero)
BB: $10.44
UTG: $12.69
MP: $13.93
CO: $11.16
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is SB with T 7 Q T
4 folds, Hero raises to $0.30, BB calls $0.20
Flop ($0.60) 8 J 6
Hero bets $0.45, BB calls $0.45
Turn ($1.50) 8 J 6 6
Hero bets $1.10, BB calls $1.10
River ($3.70) 8 J 6 6 K
Hero checks, BB checks
Final Pot SB lost and shows a flush, Jack high.
BB wins and shows a flush, King high.
BB wins $3.54
Rake is $0.16

Villain is unknown. I think the flop is an easy valuebet, turn gets thin and river is probably too thin? So what is the weakest you bet for value on the turn and river? I enjoy valuebetting light so for me every flush is a valuebet on the turn, on the river maybe bet half pot with a Q high flush as the thinnest valuebet?
