I assume being first to act, a valuebet would be too thin?! I'd snapc/f vs a bet and a call behind me, probably also c/f'ing vs a bet by the fish and a fold by the reg because I expect him to show up with a wider range of str8s due to bad turn peels. I also don't think he'd be bluffing there often because most of his hands have some kind of SDvalue and he has to get through two players one of which hasn't acted yet.

It's interesting if the reg bets though. I think the better ones might recognize this as a very decent bluff spot because I'm likely to valuebet my str8s vs the fish and am very hardpressed to call my weaker bluffcatchers. And given that I'm close to the top of my range, I feel like I might have to call this and/or at least some of my K9, 98.
