I simulated a situation on PJ and need some help with the basics.

It says the EV of my call is 36$. Now I know the EV/folding is zero. So does that mean on making this call I will net 36-psb of villain from this point onward?

Also it says the villain's VB are 22.59% and air is 47.83%. Does this mean it is an auto call given that if he has more than 33% of bluffs we should be calling here.

When I move my cursor towards VB, it says the GTO Air range is 23.04%. What does that mean exactly and how does it compare with the villain's Air percentage of 47.83%?

I'd love it if someone can post a link to how pot odds and call frequencies work.
