Hero raises to $6, HJ raises to $21, CO calls $21, BN folds, SB folds, BB folds, Hero calls $15

Obv super easy overcall 3way but what about HU? I guess the hand would be to strong to fold pre? At 100bb is this a fold preflop HU to the 3bet?

Very weird line obv.
He might have AA or KK and tryimg to induce a semibluff? Maybe some overpair type hand? Should i just call and play ffit or fold otr? Or should I raise here? Prob w/ raising is that I would need to fold if he jams(dont think that would happen too often though and I guess we could raise/fold beeing pretty confident he has a str8 or slowplayed trips/FH right?)
If I just call here do I bluffdonk a offsuit 5,7 or8?
Appreciate the input guys
