9 handed folds to me on the button I make it 2.5bb w AsAd9h6h SB calls and BB folds

Villain just sat down and have not played with me before. From what I can tell he should be a reg in the game. I started with 150bb and villain has me covered. 

Flop comes 4c7c2h I flopped OP+GS+bdfd

I bet 4bb into 6bb villain x/r to 12.5bb, I call

Turn 4s (31bb) 

Villain bets 20bb

Hero calls

River Tc (71bb)

Villain bets 40bb Hero Folds

 Because this is a live game i assume villain would be playing looser than a reg online. I used the advance hand range selector and assign ((44,77,22),47:cc,4756,4758,4753,Acc,((65,53,A3,A5,63,86,85):cc),((65,53,A85)):cc):25%!(AA!RRR) to villains flop x/r range and I have 39.5% equity. 

Turn I assume villain would barrel close to 100% of his x/r range on the flop and I have 58% equity and called. 

I am not sure where in syntax is it wrong and how should I use PPT to solve problems. Any help is much appreciated.
