Live game, 5 bring in, ISO attempt against an all in and one fish.

Hey guys, so I just got back from a game, and there was one hand that stood out.

We will pick up action on flop.

flop is 3 6 7 with a club heart and spade.

My hand is q 3 6 7 clubs and spades.

I check and a short stack goes all in for 35 dollars, a very weak player then calls the 35 with about 300-400 behind. The action is on me and I decide to raise in order to:

a) get heads up against the all in opponent

b) put money in the pot with the best hand. I assume I have the best hand because the opponent who flatted the 35 WILL do this with hands like qqxx, JJxx, A789, etc. Yea, he values omaha hands like hold em hands. Another reason I feel my hand is good is because he just called my bet, and in most spots I assume he raises with a 4589, 4567, type hand. SO basically, I feel my hand is good and am comfortable raising since he plays single pairs like they are the nuts.

He flats the pot sized flop raise and when the turn comes out we have less than a pot sized bet, effective.

Turn is Q clubs, so now I have 4 pair with flush draw, the turn is an obvious get it in spot, as I have 35% equity vs nut straight, however my question to you is...is it better to not raise the flop and just flat?

I'm really interested to hear responses.

thanks
