Input from JNandez' Video: 3bet pot oop, some thoughts

BN: $315.26
SB: $470.21 (Hero)
BB: $386.87
UTG: $136.22
HJ: $240.20
CO: $200
Preflop ($3.00) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt K 4 A T
UTG raises to $5, HJ folds, CO folds, BN folds, Hero raises to $17, BB folds, UTG calls $12
Flop ($37.00) 8 K J (2 Players)

Villain is reg, on the tighter side preflop but still opens close to 20% in EP, so the 3bet is arguable but propably fine and propably the bottom of my 3bettingrange anyway. However, it's not the topic I want to talk about here.

Let's assume that we are 100bb pre eff, so the SPR is somewhere near 5.

In this case we have a very aggressive oppponent who stabs 75% against skipped cbet oop in 3bet pot and raises over 50% of cbets, folds about 35% and call the other 10-15%. I guess against this kind of opponnent cbetting here is somewhat stupid because he is gonna fold all his air and continue with everything else by either calling or raising (more likely the latter). So our plan is propably c/c (at 100bb) and play it from there, eventhough it's not much fun either. Given how often he is stabbing we could also c/shove and try to represent AA w/NFD and try to make him fold a small, more or less naked FD.

How would you approach this spot against the different kinds of opponents at 100bb stacks?

I feel like it's difficult for villain to make many mistakes on this flop in position, almost no matter what we do, so I'm trying to think of a way to make his life not as easy as it usually is and would love if you guys shared some thoughts on it here :)
