Help me with preflop strategy for a live game.

The game is 5/10, 8 handed with most of the hands being straddled to 20.

There's usually 1 or 2 stacks with 100 to 200bbs and the rest are 300bb+

Most hands 4+ players see the flop.

A lot of people limping, especially in the straddled pots.

Raising to isolate will rarely result in any folds.

The fish in the game are terrible. They will not fold any flush draw or straight draw.

How I have been playing is I limp along with any suited ace. When someone raises it up to 100 and it gets called around by 4+ players, I call. At what stack size does this become a bad play? (i.e. garbage hand with suited ace, 100bb?) How many callers do I need to make it worth calling?

Other than the suited aces i pretty much follow the standard online tagish preflop strat with a few modifications. I'll limp along with bottom of my range and raise the top.

I rarely 3bet because everyone usually calls and its ends up a massive pot multiway. I only 3bet premium hands that play well multiway (live these hands come around once every 2 hours or so :(     (3 betting lighter and gambling it up is better?)

I would appreciate your input as there aren't many sources that discuss strategy in these types of games.

Also worth considering, the rake is very high, 10% up to 75$ so this favors being on the tighter side. The fish are so bad that I still think the game is very beatable though. Some are in for 15k every game and never ever leave as long as they have a stack.

thanks
