Before I start I think I would prefer to 3bet this hand preflop as MP is a 100/80 player and it is a non-nutty hand which I would prefer to play heads up in position.

I am not sure what the best option is here on the flop as villain is a 18/10 player after 115 hands and his range for calling the pre from SB would be pretty tight so he could easily have hands like AKQx type hands ss or ds, KQJx type hands, JT, its unlikely he has JJ here as I block one of them but its a slight possibility, he may even have hands like T987 or 9876 ds but I don't think there is many of those in his range.
With these in mind I have run a propokertools simulation and against these I have roughly 55%.

So I don't know which is the best option here, would it be to re-raise and try to get the money in good on the flop? or would it be to call his raise here because only the 4*8's give us the nuts and so if we did hit the flush or the K we would have to slow down on the turn and river to see a showdown cheaply if he called the re-raise?
