BvB rangespot vs competent reg : what's our line?

Blinds: $0.25/$0.50 (6 Players) BN: $50.00
SB: $93.13 (Hero)
BB: $54.83
UTG: $50.00
MP: $50.77
CO: $45.18
Preflop ($0.75) Hero is SB with A 3 4 2
4 folds, Hero raises to $1.50, BB calls $1.00
Flop ($3.00) 5 A 4
Hero bets $2.00, BB raises to $6.52, Hero raises to $17.75

Villain is 18/14 but pretty competent (play up to 200PL), 3bets BvB 20%, folds 70% (maybe a bit less vs me because I attack him really wide here)

His raise IP in SRP is pretty low (8%), so I'm not sure how often I can expect a bluffraise here and what hands he is using for it.

Once he raises I wonder if I want to have 2 or 3 continuing ranges here, just call/shove or also one where I 3bet small for a sizing like this (maybe you guys have a better sizing for this one?) and what range I want to utilize this sizing with. We also might go with another set of 2 ranges: call/small 3bet, but this strategy opens us up to get raised by weak FDs and some bare 63xx type of hands, so I'm not sure how happy I would be to use it.

Basically the "problem" that I see here that his range doesn't have many merged hands and rather consists of some huge draws and 32xx, so I feel like the call/pot rangeplay does not make much sense as we want to be rebluffing sometimes without having to unnecessarily pot it against a foldingrange that is folding to most sizings.
