Attacking weak bet-size representing nutstraight

Blinds: $0.10/$0.25 (4 Players) BN: $38.22
SB: $10.88
BB: $33.81
CO: $25.00 (Hero)
Preflop ($0.35) Hero is CO with 9 A J K
Hero raises to $0.85, BN folds, SB calls $0.75, BB folds
Flop ($1.95) 4 8 7
SB checks, Hero checks
Turn ($1.95) 4 8 7 9
SB bets $1.00, Hero raises to $4.87
SB is a new opponent, Only one hand against him, where he folded. I thought that his bet is unlikely to be TJ, because board is so draw-heavy. I thought that bet was more likely two pairs or pair + draw kind of hand. I expected calls from all straight draws if they were A or K high.

I was also planning to keep on betting on any blanko river. However I have no glue how do the average unknown villains think at these levels. Do you think that this was good spot for the move?
