AAxx IP vs UTG open - 3B pot - Flop Line?

A flop which I shouldn't be getting check-raised too often here imo. But doesn't smash either of our ranges very hard.
I have back door spades but I'm not really pushing equity when I bet here. I think a check/back works well on the flop because
1. Our 3b range doesn't smash this board.
2. I'm not pushing a lot of equity vs his calling range.
3. I can call on a good amount of turns if he decides to lead.
4. My hand has showdown value but I don't want to play a big pot with it on this board and I have to fold to a raise if that happens as well.
What do you think?
