Not a bad 4betting hand, but I didn't think he 3bets wide enough here that it becomes better than calling.

I decided to check and see what happens, possibly get a free card, possibly get away from my 3rd nut FD if they both stack off. When SB bets I don't assume a ton of FE on this board, so I decided to c/c, as there are a lot of turns that improve my hand - Clubs, Spades, Queens, Kings, Nines, which is basically half the deck.
