Can I call a turn bet here with double nut flush draw?

And what do you guys think about his raise on flop and pot on turn? Say if he had TT. If I were him, I'd like to keep my TT on calling range on flop since the villain could have AA, flush or straight draw. I'd follow it up with a raise on turn if board pairs or bricks, and fold to a 3bet jam. If straight completes, I might fold depending on the turn bet size and depending on if I have any blockers.

But anyway, any feedback will be appreciated.
