Is this raggedy single-suited hand ok as a button flat here? I would certainly fold it against a 3x, but having to invest 2bb and with position, do you think we can profit from flatting?

When HJ cbets so small on this board, I feel as though he's kind of weak. CO's flat doesn't signal a lot of strength here either. Vs a normal cbet and flat this might be a bit thin with no redraw, but given how I interpret the betsizing I decided to raise, mostly for protection and a little bit of value.
If HJ comes over the top it's kind of brutal, but we're probably in pretty awful shape.
