Pretty standard flat for me vs a tightish UTG raise, would 3bet this vs looser players.

I wasn't sure what to do here, we should be ahead of good portion of his barreling range, especially when the turn presents a second flushdraw. We get some protection, and sometimes we get it in good against a hand like aces+fd. Our river visibility isn't the best and we can definitely end up folding the best hand on some rivers if we call and he barrels. What do you think?
