If CO weren't behind me I would call this all day, but as played is it fine to flat? I have a decent hand but my relative position would make it tricky to play this hand, so I thought folding might be better, but that seemed too weak. CO was 3betting 18% and just flatted here so I assumed he didn't have strong hands, which was another reason for calling.

At this point SB probably doesn't have AA/KK. My hand doesn't need a ton of protection but there's a FD now and I have only one heart in my hand, so I thought there might be some value to be had. Or is this just a standard check in a 3way pot?
