$50 plo hu 3bet pot with KK, flop comes Axx

SB: $50
BB: $61.99 (Hero)
Preflop ($0.75) (2 Players)
Hero was dealt K 6 6 K
SB raises to $1.50, Hero raises to $4.50, SB calls $3
This was against another opponent. He seemed kind of fishy, but we're only 7 hands in. So far he's been running 100/83/67 (vp/pr/3b) and not much reads.

Pre is standard I guess, but since we don't have a suit maybe we can flat this? Or is that too nitty in HU?
Flop ($9.75) 2 A Q (2 Players)
I'm kind of lost here. If we 3b with KK and flop comes Axx in NL, we can probably x/c and take it from there, or bet for thin value vs Qx or FD, depending on opponents. Is that the same in PLO, or we just have to x/f given how often he can have Axx or draws that he's not folding now?

On one hand, we have more AA than him (he has AA about 2-3% of the time imo), but we block KJT, so the vast majority of his continuing range here will be Ax+FD or 2p, and I'm not sure if I can get him to fold that on turn/river.

Thoughts?
