BB - 50/6/0 after 246 hands... As you can see real passive but he doesn't like to give up if he hits any part of board... saw him call a full pot check raise of over $40 with just bottom pair and a J high flush draw

Was thinking of raising but decided against it as I didn't want to get pushed out of hand, because I know if I hit he will continue to bet and I will get paid.

What should I do here.
Kind of put him on a 2 pair hand or a set. By betting pot both times it looks like he is trying to protect his hand.
I think a full pot raise here is correct, ( that would put him all in ) because if the flush come i don't think i will get anymore money.
whats the play??
