2/5 zoom, high quality problem, how to play the nuts in a 400bb+ pot

BN: $547.98
SB: $1014.09
BB: $262.09
UTG: $1853.09 (Hero)
HJ: $1876.20
CO: $274.99
Preflop ($7.50) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt J 6 A J
Hero raises to $17.50, HJ raises to $55, CO folds, BN folds, SB folds, BB folds, Hero calls $37.50
Villian is 27/19/10 over 200 hands and I've noticed him 3 betting me a lot this session, His 3B% vs Hero is 25% vs 10% against the field.
Flop ($117.50) J 3 5 (2 Players)
Hero checks, HJ bets $65, Hero calls $65
I think so much of his range is air than can just fold the flop if I raise. I don't know if it's a better balance / GTO play to raise but I felt in a vacuum that calling was best, allow him to barrel and maybe catch up a little bit.
Turn ($247.50) J 3 5 T (2 Players)
Hero checks, HJ bets $180, Hero raises to $784.70, HJ calls $604.70
Turn I think is pretty standard although I can maybe see an argument for leading.
River ($1816.90) J 3 5 T J (2 Players)
Hero bets $948.39, and is all in
Question is am I better off checking the river or jamming myself? I think my range has a lot of trips + in it. Even all of my turn semi bluffing hands like KQJx or QJ98 with spades are trips. The only thing that isn't is some 467 with spades but I don't think I would CR them on the turn for fear of being dominated and playing a lot of awkward rivers OOP. That being said we only have 0.5 PSB left and maybe he hero calls a hand like AAKQ or something. Thoughts?
