2,5-2,5-5 Live PLO 9 handed NutFD+Straightdraw 7 handed OOP
At the end off the session. Table will close in 30 mins, there are a couple off LAG fishes at the table.
Hero(700)sb AdKh7d8h (Tight and conservative image, just won a 3-way all in with AAxx preflop)
Raise 20 lots off callers, Hero calls.
Straddle decides to juice upp by raising it to 50. We are 7 handed at this situation. Everybody calls including the fishes so hero calls. I dont know is my call to loose pre based on the position and the hand? The thing is its late and people are gamble happy my hand isnt very strong but if I hit a good flop they wont be happy to fold. I am also stuck myself, not really a factor but could be a little extra why I called. Still feels like 7 way with this hand this should be an EV+ call.
Flop JdTd3s pot(350)
Hero donks POT I dont really see any other option. I guess I flopped as well as I could based on the situation and we are 7 way after all. The pot is really big so IF I get a foldaround I am very happy. At the same time even against topset I am 40-45% and based on the money in the middle thats never a bad outcome. If I x/r there will be 0%fe against them since my stack is to small for a reshove.(Basicly everybody covers hero) People SHOULD put me on JJxx here the MAJORITY off the time so a wrap could decide to go bonkers.
The original 3-bettor reshoves and a fish calls after taking a VERY long time. We decide to run it twice and the 3-bettor turns over JJTc9 and the fish JT97. Both runouts bricks for me... Maybe I am thinking to much result oriented here but my call preflop seems quite ''loose'' even based on the fact there where 3 donkeys at the table who all did their best to give money away. Dont know what the straddle where doing min-3 betting with JJT9 aswell?
Anyway guys, is my line logically sound based on the situation or did I just make a spewy play. At the end off the line is this EV+?
